Lighting design and installation included Wi-Fi control for lamp posts, the pool house, the outdoor kitchen, bistro lighting, and more. The project featured a custom-designed spiral staircase, a stone fireplace, spa, and entertainment space complete with an outdoor television. Additionally, an outdoor shower with seating, convenient pool accessory storage, a cozy secondary fire pit, field gate, and two custom Ipe gates were crafted. A custom planter box was designed and built to provide hidden drainage for optimal functionality. And to complete the ensemble, all decking on the property was converted to Ipe to seamlessly integrate all exterior hardwoods.
