An oasis tucked in the heart of Newburyport, MA - this project brings together the architectural design and outdoor spaces for a seamless look.

Lighting included a complete design and installation of full zoning, dimming, app-based & WiFi controlled system. Irrigation also includes WiFi control as well as drip irrigation and predictive weather monitoring. The project also includes a pool, spa, basketball court, and fire pit on the property.
